Pete's life had two constants in it-cooking and fishing. Good chefs are always in demand and have little difficulty finding work wherever they may be. It was his love of cooking that provided the opportunity to pursue his fishing passion by immigrating to Canada and specifically to British Columbia.

At age 18 Peter graduated with honors and became a full-fledged chef.
